Atilla Baksay established Baksay Law in 2021 in the midst of the global Covid-19 pandemic. After having graduated from the American University, Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C., he joined the Executive Office of the President, Office of the United States Trade Representative to practice international trade law, specifically Section 301 of the Trade Act and its application vis-à-vis goods originating from the People’s Republic of China, valued at ~$250 billion. Following his relocation to Denver, Colorado, Atilla amassed a wealth of experience and knowledge from both the government and private sectors to better help corporate matters and manage client-attorney relationships.
